     Perfume consists of natural or synthetic fragrance oil extracts diluted in water or high-grade alcohol. The difference lays in the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance.      Perfume or Classic Parfum - highly concentrated - up to 22% of essential oils - lasts 6 hours or more.
